The Danish brand Norse Projects has recently worked with Adidas to launch the Norse Projects x Adidas Torsion TRDC. It is to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Adidas’s Torsion System technology.

The recreated Torison TRDC has a futuristic look from the 90s by applying 3M detailing with sophisticated stripes. For uppers, it uses textile which bring the vintage style, matched with the color tone of grey and pale green. Also, it has synthetic suede overlays.

The adidas Torsion TRDC highlights a gamut of colour — the tonal grey defines the concrete of Copenhagen's urban centre, while the gradient sole characterizes the spectrum of fog and low visibility it bestows. Neon detailing represents a physical presence in a low visibility environment while the intangible airiness of fog and overcast is rendered into form through the use of synthetic materials that create a lighter, more agile Torsion TRDC. The adidas Consortium x Norse Projects Torsion TRDC releases in limited quantities on October 11th exclusively at Flæsketorvet 77-79, 1711 Copenhagen at 16.00 — online release October 12th on norseprojects.com.
