Filippa Knutsson founded Filippa K in Stockholm, Sweden in 1993. The mortal of Filippa K is to “design for themselves and those around them”. Filippa K collections have a traditional Scandinavian touch – clean and well-crafted. They also adapt the functionality of sport wear into tailoring. In addition, they also care about sustainability. So they lease their collections and recycle clothes that clients no longer want. Filippa K is now a leading Scandinavian brand in the market.
All orders placed before 2pm (GMT +8) will be shipped within the same day (Monday to Friday, except public holiday). Upon shipment of your ordered goods, a notification will be sent to your email.
We offer free shipping in Hong Kong and Macau. All shipment will be handled by SF Express in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China, which will usually be delivered upon 2-3 working days*.
We provide express shipping service for international customers, shipping fee will be HKD 250 per order (HKD 50 for Taiwan). Or you can enjoy free worldwide shipping for order above HKD 2500. All international order will be handled by FedEx or DHL. They will usually be delivered upon 3-5 working days*.
*Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country and you are responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please be reminded that it may delay the delivery time.
Due to the widespread of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, SF Express has suspended To-Door delivery service. Your parcel will be directed to a near SF Express service point. Please use the tracking number provided to see which service point they have been directed to or alternatively, you can use their service point address as your delivery address during checkout.
All international orders are shipped with DHL, and we make sure you will still receive them in a 3 to 7 days time frame.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Usually it will take 2-3 working days to process the return and exchange. Customers are liable for the shipping cost for returning/exchanging the goods. ANDJOY Store Ltd reserves the final decision on all return and exchange. Cancellation of orders will result in 5% service charge.
